Rre Litheko’s career traversed different sectors: local government, mining,
forestry (commercial and state-owned), professional services and higher
education. He spent most of his career in the forestry industry as head of
HR for both a commercial forestry company and a state-owned company,
culminating in his appointment as Chief Executive Officer for the Institute
of People Management – an assignment which lasted 11 years.
He is currently still supporting IPM on an ad-hoc basis and serving on two church committees as chairman.
