As Director: Community Engagement & Work-Integrated Learning at CPUT, Dr Nofemela is responsible for providing thought leadership on all matters relating to Work-Integrated Learning, development of Co-operative Education policies, development of processes and procedures for WIL partnership management as well as oversight over WIL implementation across the institution's faculties.
